XDR DRAM memory devices are currently being sampled at speeds of 3.2Ghz and 4.8Ghz. While Toshiba has seemed to reach the 4.80Ghz speeds and have said that it is scalable to 6.40Ghz.

Before it?s actually launch, the Inquirer already had its hands on some scores. Nvidia?s 6800 Ultra scores 5000 points, while ATIs X800XT PR scores 4500. More scores will be posted tomorrow!
