The 90 nanometre ATI chip is still not being shipped yet. The chip will be clocked at 600+ mhz, with 24 pipelines and will definitely end up faster than Nvidia G70, Geforce 7800GTX.

The G70 from Nvidia, also known as Geforce 7 will be very similar to the Playstation 3 graphics chip. We know that the chip will be using 90nanometre chip technology and it will probably come with 10MB of cache memory, just like ATI's Xbox 360.
