Interestingly enough AMD has announced a socket 754 Sempron 3000+ with only 128KB cache. Running at 1.8Ghz, the CPU has thermal dissipation of 62Watts. While the Sempron 2800+ runs at 1.6Ghz, but has 256KB cache...
