The Dothan Celeron-Ms will have 1 mb of L2 cache, which is the same amount as a Banias chip. However, the model numbers are completely screw up and impossible to understand.

Intel has claimed to have successfully produced an SRAM using 65 nanometer technology. Only when you thought 90nm was small, the circuit gates for the 65nm are said to be a third smaller than the 90nm!
