This waterblock HSF for Intel Socket 478/775 & AMD Socket 754/939/AM2 CPUs consists of: 92 x 30 x 68 mm copper waterblock, 60 x 46 x 61 mm ceramic bearing pump (400 L/hr max capacity and 70000 hrs MTBF), 197 x 55 x 100 mm 220cc coolant tank and 197 x 64 x 125 mm aluminum radiator (120 x 25 x 120 mm fan). Radiator fan can be controlled via fan speed controller (occupies 1 PCI slot on motherboard).
