The Thermaltake Dragon Orb 3 is made to support AMD Athlon 1.5GHz+ and Intel PIII 1.13GHz and Tualatin up to 2.0GHz. It features a copper base heatsink, and a ball bearing fan which spins at 7,000rpm while generating 38cfm and 37dBA.
